People-centered and outcome obsessed, Quorsum supports mission-driven organizations and companies in achieving strategic and operational excellence. The team at Quorsum takes a comprehensive and bespoke approach to client engagements, developing services and tailoring approaches that meet the unique needs of each organization we are fortunate to work with. ​Nicole founded Quorsum Consulting in 2023 after over 20 years serving in internal consultant roles at a diverse set of mission-driven organizations. Nicole has extensive experience in project and program management, strategic planning and strategy management, large- and small-scale meeting facilitation and design and development of interactive stakeholder engagements, both in person and online.
Prior to Quorsum, Nicole was Chief Planning Officer at EDUCAUSE, a member association committed to transforming higher education through the strategic use of technology. While at EDUCAUSE Nicole was responsible for board relations, strategic planning, enterprise process improvement, and project management.
Nicole holds a master of public policy degree from the Shar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University and a bachelor of arts in American Studies from Barnard College of Columbia University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Nicole lives just outside Denver, Colorado with her husband and two dogs. She has two grown children who both attend colleges in her native New York.
